Bio

Brady Fletcher joined as President of Roth Canada in 2021. Since joining, he has led the growth of our Canadian operation, expanding the team and offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and most recently Calgary with a focus on leveraging Roth Capital Partners US and international platform to help Canadian companies access a differentiated investor base globally.

Prior to joining Roth, Brady was most recently Managing Director and Head of the TSX Venture Exchange at TMX Group, where he led the organization's strategy, policy development, and growth for four years. During that time, Brady also served on the Ontario Securities Commission’s Fintech Advisory Committee, and the Alberta Securities Commission’s Market Advisory Committee. Prior to joining the Exchange, he spent time as a technology entrepreneur, with a leading Cleantech Venture Capital fund, and in investment banking. Brady also serves on the Board of Learn.Develop.Succeed, and is past Chapter Chair of YPO British Columbia.
