Bio

Mark Hoogeveen is a Managing Director, head of Debt Capital Markets at Roth.  Prior to joining Roth, Mark was most recently Managing Director and Co-Head of Debt Capital Markets at ATB Cormark, a role he took on when he joined Cormark Securities in early 2025 to launch the firm's DCM practise prior to its sale to ATB.  Prior to joining Cormark, Mark worked at a number of boutique investment banks as well as spending over a decade at RBC Capital Markets in debt capital markets.

Mark holds an HBA and MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
